Bookings: HopSlide acts as an agent facilitating bookings with third-party providers. Provider terms govern each booking. We are not liable for provider failures beyond our platform obligations. Acceptable use: Do not misuse the AI concierge, submit false dietary/medical information, or engage in fraud including referral abuse. Dispute resolution: Binding arbitration applies except where prohibited by law. Governing law: State of Delaware. Limitation of liability: HopSlide liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months except where prohibited.
