Carrots Rewards Terms

Carrots are loyalty points in HopSlide operated by CircleRoll LLC. Carrots have no cash value except as described below.

Earn: 1 Carrot per $1 of qualifying gross booking spend after completion (Hop Pro subscribers may earn at promotional rates shown in-app).

Redeem: 100 Carrots = $1 off eligible bookings, up to 20% of booking value unless otherwise stated.

Expiry: Carrots expire after 18 months of account inactivity. Clawback applies on refunded bookings. Fraudulent activity may result in forfeiture.
