These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HopSlide — the website at hopslide.com, our mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service") — operated by CircleRoll LLC ("CircleRoll," "we," "us," or "our").
1. Agreement
By creating an account, browsing, or booking through HopSlide, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent for bookings and paid features.
3. The Service
HopSlide helps you plan trips, compare travel options, earn and redeem Carrots rewards, and book travel inventory through third-party providers. HopSlide acts as an agent facilitating bookings; each provider's terms govern the underlying travel product.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate contact and traveler information at checkout.
5. Bookings & payments
Prices, availability, and cancellation rules are set by providers and shown at checkout. We process payments through Stripe (and, on mobile, app-store billing when available). Carrots discounts and earn rules are described in the Carrots Rewards Terms.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse Ask Hops or other AI features, submit false dietary or medical information, scrape the Service, circumvent security, or engage in fraud including referral or rewards abuse.
7. Intellectual property
HopSlide branding, software, and content are owned by CircleRoll LLC or our licensors. You retain rights to content you upload subject to the license needed to operate the Service.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is." Travel information — including AI-generated suggestions, allergy notes, and loyalty balances — may be incomplete or outdated. Verify critical details directly with airlines, hotels, and venues.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CircleRoll LLC's total liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, except where prohibited by law.
10. Dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration except where prohibited; you may opt out within thirty (30) days of account creation by emailing hello@hopslide.com.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
